Do you do offset printing?
No, our label printing service is all digital printing, which gives us a wider scope of printing options than offset printing, including the ability to print white and cost effective short runs.
How big can you print?
We can print labels up to 1300 mm wide by any length you like. Big format printing is ideal for signage, vehicle graphics, displays and much more.
What is the minimum and maximum order amount?
We don’t have a minimum run volume as label printing varies in price. We have a minimum order value of $120 + GST. There are no restrictions on maximum order sizes.
How do I supply artwork?
Upload your original artwork as a PDF when you place your order. Ideally, your artwork should be a vector image for the best possible print results. Raster images can appear pixelated when printed onto labels.
How long does it take to print my labels?
We usually dispatch finished labels within 72 hours or sooner from the time we receive your order. Very large runs may take longer, and if you require colour matching, you will need to send Supply us with a PMS colour to match.
Can I collect my order from your print shop?
No. We find our customers receive the best service if we dispatch their order by courier or post and ship it direct to their door.
How many different finish options are there?
Heaps. We have so many finish options, it’s very unlikely we won’t be able to provide the option you prefer best. If you have specific requirements use the contact page and we will be able to work with you to get a finish that suits your style. Keep in mind different stocks get printed on different printers and you may find not all finishing options are available with all stocks.
What is the colour range like?
We can print any colour including white. We also have different stocks we can print a few examples are, brown paper stock, metalized (chrome), wine, and clear film.
Can you colour match?
Yes, We can colour match if you supply us with your PMS colour (Pantone Matching System) or the CMYK values of the colours required.
